WE WANT YOU AS OUR FRIEND!
    The Friends is a voluntary auxiliary of the Museum whose primary role it is to develop and sponsor outstanding fund-raising events in support of the museum. Friends also provides art-related programs for its members and offers a wonderful opportunity to meet new people while engaging in our very rewarding efforts.
    We are actively seeking new members. We welcome new talent, a fresh outlook, new ideas, a different perspective. Won't you bring your talents and join us? We have much to offer. You'll meet some wonderful people, become involved in the life of the Museum, and have the satisfaction of making a real contribution to the growth and future success of the Museum. In addition, Friends offers its members free programs and discounts to museum events.
    To become a member of Friends, you must first be a member of the Museum. The Friends membership fee of $25 for individuals, $35 for dual per year is separate and additional to museum membership. Friends' dues are payable at the same time as museum membership dues. If you would like more information about Friends, have any questions, or would like to become involved, call 508-385-6192.

    The annual Friends of CCMA Fashion Show and Luncheon will be held at Willowbend Country Club in Mashpee on October 4. This year, the event was selected to be a Tiffany & Co. Blue Box Event! Tiffany & Co. provides 100 boxes, 99 of which have an item valued at $100. The 100th box has a diamond pendant worth over $3,000. Everyone is a winner! Only 100 boxes are available. A demonstration of the unique and beautiful art form of pen and ink combined with pressed flowers from the garden.

Appreciation Reception and Presentation of Officers

Includes a talk by Eric Hart, owner of the Cape Cinema. 
At the Cinema, Mr. Hart discusses the history of this institution and its famous Kent Rockwell ceiling mural.

Pathway to the Arts    
    The next time you visit the Cape Cod Museum of Art complex, look down at the beautiful brick pathway and notice the various inscriptions that adorn many of the bricks- everything from birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, class visits, grandchildren and commemorations.
    The pathway to the Arts has become a special place for people to enjoy before and after visiting the museum or for just relaxing on a lovely day.
    Would you like to have your special occasion inscribed on this beautiful Pathway? You can, by purchasing a personally inscribed brick for $125 each.
